Refund Policy
1. General Principle
All financial transactions conducted through the Efendim Pay service are subject to this policy. The User acknowledges that no refund shall be granted for any reason once a transaction has been completed.
2. Exceptions
No exceptions to this policy exist except as required by applicable law.
3. User Responsibility
The User is solely responsible for verifying recipient details and the transaction amount prior to confirming any transfer. Any errors or changes after completion of the transaction are the User’s responsibility.
4. Incomplete or Pending Transactions
In the event a transaction fails prior to completion, funds will be returned to the original funding method in accordance with standard processing procedures.
If a transaction is temporarily held for security or regulatory reasons, the funds remain frozen until review is completed, and such cases do not constitute a refund under this policy.
5. Acknowledgment
By using the Service, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this policy, and agree that all completed transactions are final and non-reversible.
